Return
Despite all our efforts, it may happen that the goods ordered do not meet your expectations and you decide to return them. You may return the goods to us within 14 days of the day of receipt without any reason stated. Just complete the form “Return Form” and send it, together with the goods to be returned, to the address specified in the form. Please send us a copy of the completed form to the e-mail: reklamace@mimiconcept.cz
Once we receive your goods to our storeroom, we will need 3 business days to check the goods, so please be patient, we will inform you by e-mail after the goods are received to the storeroom. Your money will be refunded to you by transfer to the account nominated by you.
Personalized products are not covered by the Return option.

Entitlement to lodge a complaint:
If, during the guarantee period, a defect occurs in the product, you, as the buyer, have the following rights depending on the nature of the given defect:
- In the case of a remediable defect, you have the right to free, proper and timely remedy of the defect or replacement of the defective goods, unless this is disproportionate to the nature of the defect, and if such procedure is impossible, you have the right to a reasonable discount off the purchase price or the right to withdraw from the contract,
- In the case of an irremediable defect preventing the proper use of the goods, you have the right to have the defective goods replaced or the right to withdraw from the purchase contract,
- In the case of remediable defects occurring in large numbers or repeatedly and if these defects prevent the proper use of the goods, you have the right to have the defective goods replaced or the right to withdraw from the purchase contract,
- In the case of irremediable defects preventing the proper use of the item and you, as the buyer, do not request the replacement of the goods, you have the right to a reasonable discount off the purchase price or the right to withdraw from the purchase price.
How to lodge complaints of products?
- As the buyer, you are obliged to report to us any defects of the goods purchased to you, to the e-mail address: reklamace@mimiconcept.cz, ideally attaching a photograph of the defect of your goods
- We will contact you by e-mail after we evaluate your entitlement to complaint
- If your entitlement to complaint is acknowledged, please send the completed “Claim Form” to our e-mail: reklamace@mimiconcept.cz.
- Pack the goods, attach the completed and printed form, proof of payment for the goods under complaint and send it to our address:

- Your complaint will be processed within 30 days of the day of receipt of the goods under complaint
How to return products
How goods should be packed when returned:
The goods must be returned in original packaging, intact and undamaged, together with the appropriate completed form. Please do not fold or break babynests and BigMimi.
If you choose to avail services of the Czech Post, please use the service “Parcel Delivery to Hand”. This will ensure that the parcel will not get stuck in the post office and be returned to you. Parcels sent “cash on delivery” will not be accepted.
If the goods have been bought from another seller, please file your complaint with them.
Guarantee period
All our goods are covered by a 24-month guarantee. The guarantee period begins to run on the moment when you take delivery of the goods.
The guarantee will not apply in the following cases:
- The goods have been damaged by improper or unprofessional handling
- The goods have been damaged by the elements
- The goods have been damaged by normal wear and tear
Upon taking delivery of the consignment, you, as the buyer, are obliged to check the condition of the consignment (the number of parcels, intactness of the tape, any damage to the box, etc.) and to refuse to accept an incomplete or damaged consignment. In addition, you, as the buyer must check the goods delivered and inform us without undue delay of any defects discovered by you.
Please include in each parcel the PDF form, which can be downloaded, printed and completed. Please send the electronic version to us to e-mail: reklamace@mimiconcept.cz, and then follow the instructions specified on the form.
