E-Book What (NOT) to eat while breastfeeding
Code: 71-11Product detailed description
Topics such as breastfeeding, feeding, and nutrition are always a big question mark during pregnancy and after childbirth. What is suitable for both baby and mother? We contacted Mgr. Eliška Pivrncová, nutritional therapist and lactation consultant, who together with other specialists founded the website odmala.com.
4 trained nutrition specialists were united not only by education, but also, above all, by motherhood and love for children and their diet. Each of them came from a different corner of Czecho-Slovakia to Brno, where they studied nutritional therapist at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University. By the way, this is also the reason why their website is in Czech and Slovak. Despite the fact that they each live in a different city, they decided to join forces and transform their knowledge and experience with children's nutrition into a book, even at a distance.
Writing the book in the evenings, when the children were already asleep, was just the beginning. From regular online phone calls, the idea arose to establish an organization that would educate about the nutrition of mothers and children. And so ODMALA was born.
"Motherhood and children are the main reason that brought me to baby food. With the birth of the twins, I started commenting on the most frequent questions of parents and some recommendations on my Instagram and website. I have also been involved in lactation counseling and breastfeeding support for several years." Eliška Pivrncová
We got in touch with Eliška so that she could process the answers to the questions for us. Specifically, there are three topics: Nutrition during pregnancy, Breastfeeding and What (NOT) to eat while breastfeeding. In them you will find answers to the most common questions, or tips on how to eat so that you and your baby get only the best into your body.
